The ASUS TUF Gaming ARGB PWM Fan Hub is designed for PC builds that need more fan and lighting connections than the motherboard can provide on its own. It combines six 4-pin PWM fan ports with six 3-pin 5V ARGB ports, allowing a group of compatible case fans to follow the same cooling and lighting control signals while keeping the cabling concentrated in one place.
That makes the hub especially useful in gaming cases with several intake, exhaust and radiator fans. Instead of splitting fan power and RGB wiring across multiple motherboard headers, the hub provides one central point for both. Fan speed can remain synchronized through PWM control while addressable lighting effects stay coordinated across the connected devices.
ASUS powers the hub through two SATA power inputs from the PSU. This gives the unit a stable external power source when multiple fans and ARGB devices are connected at once. The hub supports up to 108W total PWM power and up to 45W total ARGB power, with dual safety fuses adding overcurrent and short-circuit protection.
Installation is simple. Two magnets on the rear of the hub allow it to attach directly to a steel case panel, making placement flexible and avoiding extra screws. Illuminated indicators show power status and whether individual fan ports are active, which is useful when checking a newly completed build.
For a multi-fan gaming PC, showcase build or cooling upgrade, the TUF Gaming ARGB PWM Fan Hub gives builders a cleaner way to expand both cooling and lighting while retaining motherboard-based control.
When several devices are attached at once, the total bandwidth and power available are shared across the hub. High-speed storage, external displays and charging therefore depend on the capabilities of the host port and the hub's own design. Checking those limits before purchase prevents expecting every port to run at its headline maximum simultaneously.
